The Quote will state the approximate hours it will take and the estimated schedule time and we will state what we are going to do. Once the quote is approved, we take a deposit and start. We will always backup your site before starting any repairs or updates. We always copy and backup any special files before editing. On complicated issues, we usually get a sitesucker copy that is straight html to check the look and content for continuity as we are working. The benefit of using ClickActivate is that if design files, photo shop, images, etc, also have problems, we can adjust those as needed.
We do payments via Stripe and can send out a secure link for payment or we can take your credit card information over the phone and setup an account for you.
